1. What if I can't be hypnotized?

Everyone can be hypnotized as long as they are motivated to accomplish their goal. we go in and out of antrual trance states all day lone. Have you ever driven while you were "zoned out", got caught up in a good book or movie to the extent that time seemed to stand still, meditated, daydreamed? If so, you have experienced trance.

Although it is not a "magic" cure, hypnotherapy is a very powerful and effective means of creating change. 3. Will I cluck like a chicken or reveal my secrets?

Only if you think it will help you accomplish your goals!

Hypnotherapy involves relaxing the body while the mind stays alert. Most people enjoy the escape away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life that hypnosis provides but find that they hear everything said to them, are aware of what is taking place and have sense of being completely in control.

It is important to remember that when we see a stage hypnosis show, the volunteers have been sleceted because they have a certain personality type which enalbes them to feel more comfortable "performing" for an audience. What you see on stage is not a result of the hypnosis, but , rather, is a result of careful screening on the part of the hypnotist  for  a certain personality type.
