Our Programs:
1) Kick Butt in the workplace--- Smoking Cessation--- Linda Campbell will work with your group to reduce cravings, eliminate withdrawal, and give up smoking for the last time. Enjoy the support of the group and the wonderfully relaxing Hypnosis sessions while you "Kick Butt" once and for all.

Well, what can I say? you did an awesome job on all of us! Personally, I think it was a type of therapy I would have benefited from 12 years ago. I have never known myself to be so calm, happy and carefree before something stressful. So, a personal big thank you for the help. It was also great to see the girls all so calm. We had dinner together Thursday night and we had fun conversation and worry was not part of our spirit. It was a terrific sight. The next day was a huge challenge. We all wrote the entire 4 hours and it was an intimidating test, but I felt okay by the end, not too tired, again a nice surprise, and felt like I did a fair job of it. Anyway, we certainly all prospered from having met and worked with you greatly!
Anyway, my acupuncturist Fiona Carnie asked for your number as I went on and on about you and she often works on a very spiritual level with her patients, so I gave her your card and she will keep you in mind for her furture use.

Another Accupuncture student froma different group:
Two months prior to writing my board exams to become a licensed Acupuncturist I was invited to attend a series of group hypnotherapy sessions with Linda Campbell. The sessions were focused upon improving our study recall, improving sleep leading up to the exam, reducing anxiety both before and during the exam and on building confidence. Over the six weeks that I attended sessions, I found my study sessions to be more productive, my memory retention to be improved and I was less stressed about the amount of material that I still thought I needed to know. When the exam day finally came I awoke from a restfull sleep and felt excited to write the exam. I was able to eat a full breakfast and then reviewed some last minute notes that I wanted to refresh upon. I remained calm during the time leading up to the exam even though many of the other people waiting were not this way. When the exam started I glanced over at the five other people from my hypnosis group and felt a wave of calmness and confidence flood over me, I took another deep breath and attacked that exam. By the end of the exam I was dancing in my seat, knowing that I had done the absolute best I could have and the rest was out of my hands.
I passed both my written examination and the practical examination that weekend and now enjoy my career as a practitioner of Chinese medicine. I would highly recommend Linda's services to individuals or groups interested in improving their chances of passing exams and limiting the effects of stress on their body through the studying process.
